Saw this on the way home today
i just seen an old guy in a 1920s 4 door sedan of sometypw today doing a delinery for pizza this afternoon and had to give the guy a thumbs up for it caus that is a real car....
hwy 120 heading west - Park City in front of WKRS - 10 minutes later saw a new Maserati Quattroporte on 120 and Lake in Grayslake - usually see a fleet of mercedes, bmws, new volvos on the way to work (mostly lawyers heading for court in Waukegan)
I've got the insurance on my Miata as of today. It's been 10 degrees Celcius all week, so I think it may be time. Of course, it's raining right now.

Ugh. You beat me to it. I want a nice clean Silver Escort pretty badly.

I saw that picture and immediately though: Mmmm, white castle:)
I passed a whole convoy of American classics and hotrods/ratrods on my way to work this morning. El Camino's are awesome.
A couple days ago it looks like every old camaro came out in the rain to find those pesky water leaks. I was in the same boat, just funny to see so many camaros on one day.
Some dude literally just drove by my apartment building as I clicked on this thread in a Ferrari 430. It's raining, not sure why he chose today and not last weekend when it was 62 and sunny...?
I do like the first few warms days of the year. Nice cars come out, and all the pretty ladies wear skirts and sundresses
I even see some cool stuff in the milder parts of winter, like a pair of Audi R8s that appear to be driven almost daily. Or the cream colored 356 Coupe I see sometimes on the way to work.
man spring up in MI was the kewlest for neat old merican iron... starting to see some stuff here in FL but not nearly what it was like up in MI :)
I'm hoping this weekend's rain is the final cleaning of salt from the roads. 2 more weeks and we're in the clear from further snow.
My "good" car won't come out 'til May, but I'm looking forward to a new used car that can be detailed OCD-style.
The nice stuff will come out in RI in the next couple of weeks assuming there is no further need for salting. My grass is starting to turn green--just noticed that this morning.
We made it through another winter, folks.
