Our original drummer had a massive life change that made him have to bow out.
After a couple rounds of tryouts I found another candidate who didn't end up working out either. I'm in the middle of a move but I'm gonna go back to the original idea of releasing some good practice tracks soon rather than getting another drummer and rushing ahead.
Once I find the computer ( apparently no matter how hard you try moving is always chaos) I'll start working on it, working title of the almost-demo cd is Veritas. I have to sort out some licencing issues for a cool cover we do too.

Also, I feel bad because you sent me an awesome bumper sticker and I haven't put it on anything yet. It's going to go on my cargo minivan after I get the title issues sorted because I don't want to waste the awesomeness if somehow I can't title/register the van.

The problem is that the guy I bought it from never titled it in his name. He just bought it and stuck his dealer plate on it (he owns a shop/towing business). The guy he bought the van from is still listed on the title. Or rather his business is listed on the title. That first guy also signed the title when he sold it to the guy I bought it from. The guy I bought the van from promised me he would title it in his name but due to negligence/stupidity/laziness on his part, he did not. It just showed up in the mail like a month after I bought the van. After him failing to do the things he promised to do (put the roof rack back on, replace the driver's side strut and title it in his name), I'm done dealing with him.
My plan is to put both names on the title, POA and Bill of Sale and feign ignorance. If that plan fails, I'll be stuck trying to get a title that the seller or myself is not listed on. The Bill of Sale form requires the seller(s) driver's license number and address. I don't have the first guy's DL number but his (or rather his business') address is listed on the title, so I'll use that. I have no idea how deeply the powers that be will look into the paperwork. I'm hoping that it slips through so I can title it in my name, so I can register it, so I can drive it. I bought the damn thing in March and its been sitting in my garage ever since.
