Is there an update or something that was pushed that has caused Windows Based PC's to default to Dark Mode?  Three of my personal PC's changed.  My wife's changed.  I am dreading the calls this morning from employees about it.  Also Why has Windows made it exponentially more complicated to change it back. This is REALLY annoying!!! as many of teh computers in my office has custom desktop and Themes set on them so when you are working remote you can easily tell if you are on the remote PC or on the local one.  Where do i send the IT bill to in Microsoft for the IT people to go back in to EVERY PC in my company and "fix" something that was not broken.

The other change is that hovering over anything enables a popup that is telling me what something is.  For instance I now get a little pop up when I hover over the GRM Form "Your Comment" area telling me it is a "Rich Text editor, id_post_text"

OK Friday Morning rant is now over.

These are the fun things you get to do when you have a monopoly.

Are these devices on the same Microsoft account?  If someone with access could have flipped one of them to dark mode which would apply across the account.
