Although Im not sure how
XENIA, Ohio (AP) -- Burger King Corp. said Tuesday it had parted ways with an employee who was recorded taking a soapy bath in a utility sink in one of its restaurants in a video that ended up on his MySpace page.

The nearly four-minute video, which was posted online Thursday, shows the man taking the bath to celebrate his birthday. In the video, shot by another worker, the employee refers to himself only as "Mr. Unstable" and appears to be naked.
Timothy Tackett, 25, told WDTN-TV in Dayton that he is the sink-bather and that he made the video for his MySpace page. The video had been removed by Tuesday night.
Tackett said he regretted taking the bath because it led to the firing of the employee who did the recording, as well as the restaurant's shift manager.
Burger King spokeswoman Denise Wilson said earlier Tuesday that two employees involved in the incident were fired and a third quit. She declined to identify the employees or say whether the man who took the bath quit or was fired. Tackett said he was fired.
A message left by The Associated Press for a Timothy Tackett in Centerburg was not immediately returned.
Greene County Health Commissioner Mark McDonnell said he dispatched an inspector to the restaurant, but workers had already sterilized the sink, which is used to clean large pieces of equipment.

I don't see the problem, they tell you to wash up frequently when you work with food.

With a name like "Timothy Tackett," I'm guessing he got beat up a lot as a kid. The fact that his mom still bathed him in the sink and breast-fed him probably didn't help. Anyway; yeah, 25 year olds work at burger king.
NO, you don't get it. 25 year olds WORK at burger king?

I think the title of this thread also applies to those who would eat food prepared by someone who makes minimum wage.
Nice... Note to self - don't eat at fast food joints in Xenia (about 20-30 minutes from the house).
And if you're wondering, we pronounce it "Zeeen-yuh", not "X-enya" or "Zen-ya" or any other goofy way I've heard non-locals pronounce it.
I ate there once, I hope the sink was cleaner than the bath rooms

I really don't see the big deal here, it looks like the store was already closed... Not really doing any harm to anyone. I worked at a pizza place for nearly five years... You wouldn't want to know half the terrible E36 M3 we all used to do there. Taking a bath in a sink... thats nothing.
nothing worse then the pot pow-wows that happened in the deep freezer at a fast food place i worked at in HS.
manager found out, half of the employees (all involved) got fired.
I think I still hold the record for longest hanging McD's burger on the ceiling!
Bathing in the sink?
I wish my co workers were that clean!
