Mcnair had sooooo many fans, that whenever the cops catch the BOBCOSTAS who did this, the fans will get a hold of him, and our POS legal system (luckily) wont get a chance to mess it up and put him back on the streets.

Sounds like a murder-suicide to me. The second victim has a single gunshot wound to the head and the gun is found near her body.
Also, although his close friends say they had no idea who she was, she was stopped for DUI last week driving a car registered to her AND McNair (he was a passenger). Sounds like something was about to get very public, and my guess is he wanted out before it did. At which point she probably said, "Sure you can go. Let me just get your bullet for you."
