Sunday! I'll be celebrating it on the racetrack, as it should be, on the cool kart track on Daytona's infield.

Band practice, dog training, garage wiring.
Can a three-piece punk band do a Flaco Jiminez cover with no accordion?
Sink Odie Mayo. Cute. I'll be celebrating it by camping in the Utah desert, as Canadians have done for decades.
I'll just be celebrating Quatro de Mayo since I'll be driving, working, driving, and working on Sunday. In that order. On the Quatro, I'll be at the Cubs game.

Hey, I figured it out, all by myself, and in less than 10 minutes.
My wife will never believe it.
EDIT
Oh crud, look at all those replies above mine. And I thought I was going to be quick and first.
I'll be autoxing. Glad I'm not going to the Sharks playoff game -- they're playing in downtown San Jose, and they always shut down half the streets for the Cinco de Mayo craziness, so it's going to be insane trying to get to/from the Shark Tank.
Yeah, who celebrates victories against imperial forces?
Oh, and the hero of the battle, Ignacio Zaragoza Seguin, was born in Texas.

I'll be at work like I was for my birthday, easter, St. Patty's day and like I will be for my anniversary.

It gives those who aren't comfortable with their budding alcoholism to take part in public, guilt-free.
That's why all holidays in this country have been co-opted for drinking.
I say this as someone who will go buy an extra nice bottle of tequila tomorrow for Sunday
How is St. Patty's day different from Stinko de Mayo?
On St. Patty's day, everybody wants to be Irish.
Most of the spanish guys I work with are all from Puerto Rico, they do not get it either.. but they do poke a -lot- of fun at the one Mexican.
