This one doesn't look completely horrible. The windshield rake just kills these though.
Somebody should build one of these, but cut the roof off and build a new one that looks like it belongs with the rest of the kit.....it would give you a proper rake to the windshield, a decent looking body, and reliable modern internals.
SWEAR_TO_GOD, I had never seen one of these in real life or pics till yesterday. Saw a white one headed in the opposite direction on the highway this morning. (in Early Culyer voice) "'49 Ford body kit torment me."

I see what they are doing. The fabricators are aiming for a niche Alzheimer's and Dementia market. Got to catch them while they still have money and before a guardian is appointed.
