Learn me selling/marketing hot sauces

Not tooting my own horn here but I think this is amazing.

First For Sale batch sold out in about an hour just at work. 43 bottles.

I am sure I will saturate that market eventually, but for now that is pretty good. Working on shipping still.

Current product:

13 bottles of Habanero Sofrito.

~50 bottles of Thai Pineapple.

Ingredients for about 50 Wasabi Ponzu arrive today.

Mrs. preach is a data analyst and crunched the numbers and I made about $85 after all the ingredients AND all the equipment used (not the stove but all the pots and utensils). FIRST batch covered all the depreciable items, including what we ordered yesterday.

We got a press for the leavings to get the juice out and a couple of other bits.

Mrs. also wants to make a mustard out of the leavings. That sounds amazing.

Mrs. preach wants to make mustard. I'm in.

I just had more of your sauce for breakfast.  Whipped up a ham, egg, and cheese sandwich and made a spicy mayo with your sauce.

SOOOO good.

Just had a settled mustard. It's fantastic. Sloooow burn, soooo good.

We need to work on consistency.

Thai pepper Roasted garlic on simmer...

I ran into a few of my town's FD today at the store. I asked if they liked hot sauces and they said heck yeah. I dropped off each of the 3 flavors I have on hand. They were stoked and asked if I wanted anything for them. Yup, I want you to enjoy them.

I have single shipping tubes coming.

Need to find a shipping solution for a 3-pack of sauces, as well as shipping mustards.

Need to figure out what USPS is going to charge for shipping.

I don't ship a ton (maybe 6-10 boxes/mo) but I enjoy using pirateship.com for my shipping - no this isn't a canoe - their rates are the lowest I've found and they have zero fees and no subscription required. I do recommend you get a 4x6 label printer, it makes shipping SO much more convenient.
