Not very dramatic.  But still.

The best comment re: it's a Buffel ARV (armored recovery vehicle or Bergepanzer) rather than a Leopard tank:

That looks to be a recovery tank.  Not sure if the gearing is any different, but they are essentially designed to do "tank pulls" to get tanks out of situations, and/or tow them back the a repair depot.  So it's a very relevant test for them.

The Abrams is a pretty good puller as well.

I was at a parade where the last vehicle was an Abrams. It purposely stopped on the downward end section of a city overpass and let the rest of the parade get some distance in front of it. It then spooled up its turbine, dropped the clutch, and literally did a wheelie on its rubber tracks if you can imagine something on treads and with a very compliant suspension taking off, and rushed past me at something like 50mph. Very impressive.

Weighing 42 tons traction isn't a problem.

FYI, Here is an article discussing some of the different types of combat vehicles:  THAT IS NOT A TANK

We have leopard tanks in Canada.

Ours are broken though.

Smallest tank?  Worked on this before retiring, 2nd one has a 120mm Mortar.
