Long shot - Do we have anyone near Taito Ward, Tokyo?

I really want something from a watchmaker there.  I see some really nice custom stuff he does but there's not an option on the website for them.  Hoping someone could maybe explain in person what I want?

The watchmaker is Arkraft.  He's at 2-1-7-101 Torigoe, Taito-ku, Tokyo.  What I want is what's in this picture:

That leather dial isn't listed on his website at all for ordering.  The specifics of what I want is:

Classic 28mm Case

Black PT Plating

Leather dial as above but in "Chiguri" T-Orange leather and "Morris" style numbers with "Franz" style numbers a backup and above Roman numerals third choice

I'd like three straps in E-Black, H-Brown, and T-Orange.

I'd really love if he could do a mechanical movement like an NH38 but all I see is Seiko quartz movements so I understand if he can't.

I'll compensate your family for time and bother just let me know how.
