I'm trying to find low cost reverse 3 jaw chucks for fixturing on a CNC router bed.

The only solution I've come up with is mini-lathe chucks, which are accurate enough for my needs. They are $70 a piece. They are also taller than I would like. They quickly eat up my Z axis.

I'm cutting wood parts but concentricity is key. (Is that a word?)

"3 jaw fixture" isn't really coming up with much on Google

I could use soft jaws in a clamp but that ends up costing about the same as the lathe chucks in time and money and they only manage a single sized diameter.

Any ideas?

The bore is ~2.00", and I also have some parts that are 2.5" OD, so the reversible jaws of the lathe chuck is nice.

My fixture will be able to locate 6 parts when completed so finding a low cost solution is important.

Something like this but not a million dollars?
