Whoever handles their auction questions has the patience of a saint. Pretty much all the questions are answered in the auction text but they still engage with the questioners nicely. The local state surplus rep posts stuff with zero description (literally "pallet of server equipment") and responds to totally reasonable questions like "how many and what model number of server are they?" with "unknown" (not even any punctuation!)
They still get like $3k/pallet so it works for them, I'm just continually surprised by it.

Unfortunately needed, or some knuckle dragger would have gone online shouting 'Why were my tax dollars buying Bentleys for USPS workers, see just more government waste'. I wish I was joking.
I love how they think the Post Office is in the customer service business. Government auctions aren't run by Hagerty.
