and that means he's here in Atlanta, just a days drive...
I mean I am happy he is on TV again. But your endearment for "dirty" Mike is well documented. You have to be happy.

My Italian is a little rough, but I believe he is singing "Miata is the answer, but engines belong behind the driver..." Mike Rowe sings Opera
If you are on facebook, I suggest you follow him on there. Every damn thing he posts makes a lot of sense- even the stuff about his dog- and he tears apart the misguided ideas of people without being a dick about it..

This is the part of the biography after the line "...struggle with booze and drugs..."
I still like him, but he looks like he needs to eat a lot healthier - his skin looks like hell and he's got moobs.
But yeah, his FB posts are pretty wise stuff.
Dammit, I spend a couple days off the board, and come back to find an old, flabby Mike Rowe is moving to an adjacent state? Just my luck.
Now I'll have to turn the lights out before he, uh, cleans my septic tank.

I tend to agree with most things he says. He seems to be a straight forward kind of guy. (something that is seriously lacking in many of today's celebrities)
Mike is legit. It's great to have a forward thinking person rather than the hard left or hard right types we typically see on the "news" channels.

Hahaha. Comedy gold!
Immediately after the premier of his "Somebody's gotta do it" show CNN had Rowe on Don Lemon's "news" show for a quick interview. Rowe said his show was a welcome escape from all the ebola, ISIS, bad news and fear mongering that is usually seen on T.V. (although Rowe didn't use those exact words--- his intent was clear) Lemon was clearly pissed off, and had his panties in a bunch---- he dismissed Mike's show as a "Jobs show" and then transitioned to a story on Ebola--- fear mongering. (exactly what Rowe was referring to)
It was fantastic--- I'm more of a Mike Rowe fan now. Hopefully he'll continue to stay "real" as long as CNN allows it. They allow Anthony Bourdain a pretty loose leash--- with any luck, they'll do the same for Rowe.
In reply to Joe Gearin:
That is why I like Dr Drew as well. Without a doubt, he still covers a lot of news, but it isn't the same news.
