It wasn't, it started out as making fun of how someone would get their panties in a twist over the name. Personally, I think it is awesome. I've never had a GSD puppy, the youngest I've had was rehomed at 9 months old(already gigantic), another at a year, and the most recent rehome at 3 years old.

This is Bear.
Mrs. 914 and I have had 4 dogs in our lives over the years, thinking about rescuing another. Time with Bear could weaken her defenses.

Folks, I feel bad for even mentioning it. I was trying to poke fun at that license plate thread. I still think its a cool name, that will probably only get recognized by airplane fans, who will think its cool, too.
Still think the fine pup looks outstanding & should be named Felda - "of the fields".
