I'm in the Tiny Ankles club, too. My calves make them look even tinier.

Here's my before/after of my fitness quest of 2012:

Before (205 lbs on 1/5/12)

After: (185lbs on 12-11-12)

For 2013, I might try for abs, but that would involve losing at least another 10lbs and I'm too much of a foodie to make that an easy task.

I kinda freaked out about turning 40, too. I wanted to be in better shape at 40 than I was at 30. Mission accomplished.
