Re: breaking a chip in the dip and then sending in a "recon" chip, which also breaks.
I argue it should be a rescue chip. The first chip was doing the recon, and found out that the dip required a gentle touch. It somehow communicated a need for rescue, but didn't communicate the state of the dip, resulting in the rescue chip also breaking.
The first chip sucks at recon.
