My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting a German tourist named Arnie in Killarney, Ireland. He was nervous. (I mean, he was just having fun of course, but it was fun to play along.)

Funny, I almost posted that exact same thing. As I recall, it was a non-alkaline (ie carbon-zinc) Eveready, circa 1978.
