So, premise. Five high school students are being terrorized by some supernatural entity who is switching their bodies for the lulz. The girl is seriously afraid of men due to a bad experience when she was younger.
Their bodies are switched. The boy (in her body) is giving a practical demonstration to her (in his body) on how she can defend herself.
...and of course, the supernatural entity chose THAT moment to switch them back 
The sound effect sells it.
