I've been using the snip tool. Much faster and no downloading required.
Now I just need something similar for the phone.

Android should automatically let you do that with screenshots
Hit the screenshot combo, select this guy, a border will show up that you can drag around. It defaults to the full image size.

After trying to upload a .webp and failing, I'll just change the file extension to .jpeg.
Or I'll just take a screenshot and crop it with my phone if nothing else works.
