I liked the most recent episode and now I like season 2 much better. I take back my post above.

It looks like all the episodes are still there.
Not a fan of torrents. I make my living with intellectual property, so I try to respect that of others.
In reply to Will:
If you have a Roku (or possibly other players like AppleTV, not sure), you can watch through the USA app after linking your DirectTV account (or at least, this is how it works with Comcast). The player there works much better.
In reply to Will:
Doesn't DirecTV carry the USA channel? Not understanding why you are trying to watch on the internet when you are already paying for satellite tv.
I watch it on an amazon firestick, but I have to pay for it.

If you have dvr service you should be able to on demand past episodes thru Directv on Demand.
I don't have a DVR, don't have a Roku (or similar device) and I'm watching online as opposed to on TV because I just got into the show and I'm catching up on the episodes that have already aired.

You have the right to watch the show but the tools they force you to use make it impossible to watch. I don't see what the problem is.
Do you approve of bittorrent for The free movies , TV shows and software discs that depend on that protocol to distribute them?
In reply to pjbgravely:
As far as I'm concerned, content creators/owners are free to distribute their media however they like.
SPOILERS
I am losing interest in Elliot actually. I am way more interested in Angela's arc this season so far. She is doing an incredible job of acting. Both the actor and the character. She finally let some of her curtain slip to show Darlene how clear headed and intelligent she is. Her acting shows through her incredible determination to complete her mission while also showing the fight to hold on to herself. There is even a hint of vulnerability showing through that I think is her knowing that she can rely on no one for anything while taking on ECorp and fighting to stay out prison.
I really hope they can deliver on the "big secrets" of:
Regarding the big twist reveal. I did notice there were some very odd situations that occurred all season that made no sense. Why the gang didn't just beat Elliot and Leon up at the basketball court. Some of the interactions of other people with Ray didn't make sense. Gideon's interaction with Elliot was off as well. It was during that interview that I guessed he never woke up in that SUV and instead was either unconscious and a captive in the basement of the Wellicks or in a mental institution.
I hear yesterday's episode, the season 2 finale, ends on a cliffhanger that guarantees a season 3.
I think that with what's come out in the last year or so, they should make EvilCorp more evil next season so that we don't compare them to Mylan, Wells Fargo, DuPont, ExxonMobil, Turing Pharmaceutical, and now PacNet and think "Meh, what's the big deal?"
The story telling is very good so far. There have been some odd moments but I see why they are there. If the acting was not as good then it would be already cancelled. The whole show hinges on the actors pulling off the intent of the writers.
Again Angela's arc has been very entertaining. She isn't some outlandish super woman savior of the world nor a helpless victim but someone fighting an intelligence war with just herself. A James Bond with no Q or weapons training or support structure.
I was satisfied by Elliot's arc as his Mr Robot side knows what he has to do to win this war against society and evilcorp but some part of him, the Elliot side, knows he is throwing his soul into hell. Taking that final step from taking people's lives virtually, (destroying the coffee shop owners life and exposing the cheating husband to getting the drug dealer and Ray arrested) to planning to take lives for real.
It seems that many online didn't understand why Tyrell was so emotional in the finale but I only remember him as a pent up hurricane of emotions from Season 1. Seemed to be his normal self. I think he always wanted to control the world to be that powerful but drifted into making money for his wife instead. Otherwise he may have been another non corporate match of Elliot and the Dark Army by now.
White Rose and Dom have had their moments. I don't get Dom but she seems like some people in real life I don't get. It actually is drawing me into the story more to try and figure her out.
I look forward to next season but fear it will be last if not cancelled before it starts. Just too deep for casual watching and the moral debates in the story can get too personal to talk about around the water cooler.
I just bought season 1 on DVD. The only legal way I can watch it. Of course I am going to rip the DVDs to my server and make it illegal again. This show is way too good for for the masses to understand. I haven't seen anything this good since Pioneer One. Too bad that director got greedy.
Cliff Notes:
Hackers (real Hackers, not what Hollywood thinks they are), crackers and phreakers bring down a company that basically owns the world. They use real tools for the work, Linux, BSD and I think some UNIX programs. There is some insanity in the characters and it is sometimes hard to tell what is real and what is not. It is a complex show.
Wow..forgot all about this show. Watched seson #1 religiously, then forgot to go back when it came around for season #2. On Netflix maybe?
I already have a backlog of other shows, but this title in particular benefits from waiting and binge watching. So I probably won't watch until close to the end of the season.
I think Mr Robot is available on Amazon Prime?
I know it was Season 1 only for the longest time but with Season 3 about to start, season 2 should be popping up any day now if it hasnt already.
I tried several times to watch Season 2 but kept getting pulled away to watch other shows with SWMBO. Its hard to find time to binge watch when she isnt really into the show though.
Just got back to watching Season 3 now that I have time. It'll be interesting to see how the now-infamous Looking Glass addon for Firefox, which sends a special HTTP header, will interact with the easter egg domain names from the show.
Just finished Season 3. Possibly the best of the 3 seasons, definitely better than 2. I think I've found all the easter eggs and the Looking Glass addon doesn't seem to affect the goodies you get, sadly. There may be one more easter egg hiding in a field in the DRC, but even if travel was free, I'm not curious enough to go look there myself!

Oh and here's Careful Massacre of the Bourgeoisie:
I haven't watched any yet, but with a bunch of years as a software developer, I found it awfully amusing that I'd discover this show while looking for coveralls.
Thread resurrection: Final season starts on Sunday:

I still have all of season 3 sitting on my DVR waiting for me to watch it. It's good but it's just so damn unfollowable. I guess I have to quit caring and just let it flow past me.
You'll need to log in to post.
