Today is National French Fry Day
Enjoy
That is all
You mean French Fry as in what our USA Women's soccer team did to the French Women's soccer team today?
now I need some curley fries. This could solve my dilemma. I am about to start four days of 12 to 16 hour work days.. but I underestimated how much food I would need this week... so I have NOTHING in the house but frozen pizza
Why today? (Or, technically, why yesterday?) I'd think we'd celebrate french fries on a date with more ones in it--1/11, 11/11, 11/1, etc. See, the date looks like french fries. Or do we include the 3 to celebrate the curly fry?

I always thought that was funny. The waitress, took your order for "Freedom Fries" (Not called french cause of where they are from, but how they are cut) with a bic (Made in france) pen, and then went and smoked a cigarette on her break, (Lit by a bic lighter, made in france).

After seeing this thread, I promptly called up the bar near my work and ordereed some Poutine to go. Damn you and your tasty French Fry Day!
Stopped at the Five Guys on the way home last night for some Fries. I guess I was a day late but it was enough of an excuse for me.
Wes, have you ever had the fries from Gyro Plus on University? They're quite amazing, as far as fries go.

Nope, never thought to get fries there. I will be walking by there twice a day on my work commute starting in 2 weeks when I move. I will try them some time.
