now that we're getting moved into the new place i'm working on getting orginized and such...
got a book shelf so it was time to orginize my GRM collection... i've managed to get almost every one back to '94 thanks to some guys here on the GRM forum... because of the collection methods I had a bunch of doubles (and a few triples) that i'll be listing to give away here soon...
but here they are all spread out.
and all organized by month from oldest on the left to newest right
it's neat seeing how much they've changed over the years...
My collection is growing...
I think I've only got about 5 years or so. 
But I'll probably donate them soon to the organization here in town that sends them to the guys overseas. Cool to have.
But I can get all the info I need on the forum. 
Thats one heck of a collection I think mine only goes back about ten years.
My own collection is pretty weird. I've got a few "AutoX", I was already working corners back when Tim & Margie were traveling around handing out copies at SCCA events, some friends of mine gave me a couple of copies because they were so stoked to see a magazine for "our kind of racing". I've got a few from my first subscription in the early 90s (back when I was racing), and a batch from the mid 90s. Maybe I resubscribed then to daydream, I certainly couldn't afford to race while I was paying child support.
And of course, I'm a subscriber now, so I've got most of them from the last 6yrs or so. Crazy thing--saw an issue at the local Kroger, bought it off their magazine rack for a few months, and realized it'd be cheaper just to resubscribe again.
I've also got a few issues of Auto-X, I got the issue where there was a comparison between a 240Z and a 240SX...and 1 or 2 others. I did have NEARLY 2 decades of GRM, but moving around and damage from busted plumbing took it's toll, so now my collection only goes back 10 years or so....maybe 15.
When I first started reading it, I read MOSTLY for the articles/tests/info, but just as the magazine changed, so did I. I now read as much for the articles/tests/info as I do for the ads.
If anyone wants to unload old issues I am willing to pay shipping for them, as long as its not just like 1 magazine.

Every issue from January 1987 to the present. I also have every Hot Rod Magazine from June 1967, too. I'd have a lot more titles accumulated ,but have been married since February 1985 !
the hot rod collection is REALLY impressive lol...
