So... where trials done to see if this stuff was safe to have in constant contact with humans (ie: they show clothing with this stuff on it).
I know that I need some of this stuff to spray on my work boots.

so it doesn't stick to un-prepped painted surface? what if he'd roughed the clearcoat first?

Everything is harmful to us, even the damn sun......
This stuff is intriguing.....and madmachine, +1 sir, +1
HMMMM. I thought about using this on the insides of my fenders/wheel wells. Guess it's back to just cleaning like crazy, hitting it with black paint, then WD-40.

Good question.....I have no idea

So that invalidates my question how? I'm genuinely curious if this can or SHOULD be used in contact with human beans.
This is a brilliant idea if you're a high angle paddler like I am:

He used it on a low angle paddle, though.

That's the exact application I was thinking of
Kidding... sort of.

Like you could tell something from that video.
What makes that application ingenious? Porcelain already does a pretty good job of being waterproof and unaffected by the water. Sure minerals & "stuff" might adhere to it temporarily, but that's why they use porcelain - it doesn't stain or wear off.
In 1,000 years or more when archeologists dig us up they'll marvel at all our porcelain fixtures and make wild extrapolations about a society that had so many gods in their homes. Cause nothing else except our porcelain will exist.
