Hi all, I really appreciate participating in your forum and will start my posting with new information.
After the tragic attack on 9/11 and the war on terrorism, war on Islam in most media, I don’t know why Islam still remain the fastest-growing religion in America and in the world although religion is no longer dominates everyday life in Western society. Millions of people read Koran (Quran) in the Internet and visited Islamic sites.
Islam is the fastest-growing religion in America, a guide and pillar of stability for many of our people..." Hillary Rodman Clinton, Los Angeles Times

Famous people are affected too:
Singer "Cat Stevens" Oh, baby, baby it's a wild world
By the early '70s he was rich, famous, filling stadiums and partying like the pop star he'd become. But before the decade was over he walked away from it all.

If you go above and click on the words "this comment has been collapsed" you will see that this is the closest picture I could find for Islamic watersports.
Read it; thanks for collapsing the post. I could say more, but I'd get in trouble.
I know too many people who practice the islamic faith to say anything nice about the OP at this point.. so I will keep my mouth as collapsed as the first post

Very much in agreeance.

You are only uncolapsing them for yourself. They remain closed or shielded to all others who visit

Heck, I will say it...
A religious extremist is not a good thing, no matter what the religion.
It is not the religion that I have a problem with, it is the extremism.
Religious spam? That's a new one to me

Ah, no. Personally, it's the I wouldn't quite know where to stop once started. No good will come from this thread just gnashing of teeth, stuff said without thinking on all sides of the issues, and pontification to absurdity....so what else is new.

You just became the second person I've ever met who said pontification. The first was a Captain who always appeared to be stoned.
I fit one of your criteria, as, yes, I have a captain's license.
The second one, no: do not like the effects of weed. And pontification is simply a word that sums up a whole bunch of other words to make a point. I've also used the pblished word to make a living.

Most Islamic societies aren't theocratic. I find it interesting that the three largest Islamic countries have had women heads of state (Indonesia, Pakistan, Bangladesh), while the same can't be said of the three largest Christian countries.

The Bible also asks women to wear veils as in Islam {I Corinthians 11:3-10}.

I think we cannot steer people's personal faith, Islam is now a part of western culture, wheither we like it or not. It's not just for people in prison, or rock stars looking for a new thing. Some people just associate with Islam more than Christianity. That does for the other side of things too - 70% or so of Westerns are Christians, and although some don't like that, it's just the way it is. It's a fact, it can't be changed, and those people are entitled to follow their faith. Acts in the name of christianity have been responsible for some pretty fuc.ed up consequences in the last 100 years.
Good. Death to Allah.... Oh wait, he is dead. Lemme piss on his grave instead. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh....
Also your last sentence..... Pot meet kettle, you are motherberkeleying black!

I rarely use "pontification," but I do accuse people of "pontificating" often enough.

To say ‘there is no God’, you should at least know the concept of God. Your concept of God would be derived from the surroundings in which you live. The God that a large number of people worship has got human qualities - therefore you dont believe in such a god. Similarly most people too does not and should not believe in such false gods.
Holly Quran [3/79]
It is not (possible) that a man, to whom is given the Book, and Wisdom, and the Prophetic office, should say to people: "Be ye my worshippers rather than Allah's": on the contrary (he would say): "Be ye worshippers of Him Who is truly the Cherisher of all: for ye have taught the Book and ye have studied it earnestly."
The more I read the Qur’an, the more it struck me, deep down.

yyat,
I have a 1987 BMW 325is, when I go over large bumps I am hearing a large vibration (almost a clunk) coming from the rear of the car.
Do you know what this could be?
Do you think it is safe to take out on the track in this condition?
