Even though it was a somewhat competing magazine, no one has mentioned the passing of Sport Compact Car magazine.
I'm bummed about it. That mag was a big part of how I got into Hondas back in '95. It was obviously on borrowed time as it turned into a leaflet toward the end (I accidentally let my subscription lapse and never renewed).
Sad, really. I guess the era really is over--unless we get a new good influx of sporty small cars.

Good to see GRM still healthy.
Yup. Three pages:
sport compact car no more
But it's okay. It's sad enough to warrant a couple mentions.

..and you call yourself an Uberdork!?!?!
I got the final issue the other day. I didn't read it. Not because it was bad, but it was like going to see a friend who was dying. You knew that was the last time you'd see them. That issue was still filled with more info than a decade of Super Street.

Yah, as my Asian brethren would say, Dat sum boo sheet, yo. I loved SCC, I've got a subscription to them and GRM. I guess I'm not getting my money back for next years sub though. :(
