A friend and colleague has a 5.9 Cummins pusher RV stuck in Las Vegas. He's here with me in Greenville SC, planning a trip there within a few months to go rescue it. According to him, it overheated and the shop he had it towed to said the engine was locked.
Is that likely?
Are there any fixes for this?
Anyone local and want to help out a guy?
Thanks
Brian
Pretty unlikely but not impossible. Usually engines only lock up from overheats in extreme circumstances like being run hard with no coolant until the engine stops running. If it really is locked up that would be catastrophic engine damage and a junkyard engine might be the easiest and cheapest fix.

Consider having it shipped and diagnose closer to home
