I have about 5000' of 3 board horse fence to paint. Options are roller, brush, corded electric sprayer, cordless electric sprayer or corded airless sprayer. Any corded option means running my small generator as power is too far away.
Are the Amazon no name cordless sprayers, that use name brand Li-ion batteries, any good or will I get frustrated having to refill the the paint container all the time?
Roller and brush are the traditional choice but I really want to spare my back and shoulder.
SWMBO says that she's willing to do the work but I suspect this will only last the first couple of fence panels then it'll end up back on me. Daughter and her boyfriend both say they can help too but I suspect the result will be the same.
How many teenagers can you bribe with Venmo or beer? A gang of teenagers could knock that right out.
Know a whiny kid from New Jersey? Can you teach karate?

Sprayer. See if your local rental outfit has something like a Graco.

I fear cheap Amazon crap will be more headache than its worth .

Sprayer.
I watched my neighbour take 2 days to paint his side of our new fence with a brush and roller.
I was done in a couple hours with my sprayer.
I'd spray it.
I bought a cheap cordless sprayer from Amazon for about $25 that worked with Milwaukee M18 batteries. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D2VNV3RK?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_1

I have been very impressed with it. I have sprayed Minwax Polyshades stain through it several times and taken very poor care of it and it keeps working.

We tried that once several years ago; ended up with chocolate overspray and drips all over the white house and a car.
I just re-stained mine last fall with brush and roller. For me at least the worst part was pressure washing first. That to me would be worth farming out!
