This is an awful pic, but our boosted Zetec escort broke a rod and DESTROYED the starter. Chris jokingly tried to take it back to autozone, telling them that the starter exploded, breaking a hole in the oil pan, and breaking a rod in the process.
One of my mom's Subarus threw a rod so hard it sent the power steering pump into the radiator.
Lol always funny when people ignore obvious problems until it blows up. It sounds like a stand up thing by Christopher Titus. It went something like "My brakes started to make a funny noise, and since I was 16 years old, I listened to that noise.....for about 6 weeks."
