That thing is giving off some seriously disreputable vibes. Is there a story behind it? Maybe some scandal involving a disgraced but once-prominent orthodontist, a one-eyed bail bondsman, concerned citizens noticing strange comings and goings at the Suncoast Stor-It, and a heavily baubled young woman ("lady" may not be entirely accurate) who dreamt of an IROC-Z until her spending power suddenly increased by an order of magnitude.
Absolutely no clue. Tried a new place for food the other night, drove down and saw this as I was searching for a parking spot. Knew I had to get a pic.

O'Maddy's or Neptune Grill are a couple of our regular stops in GP.

What do we think of black chrome wheels with aluminum center caps? (Wheels were corroded beyond repair and center caps a rusted chrome)
In reply to KyAllroad :
I have more of an opinion about fake beadlocks, but wheels be wheels. They attach the tires to the car and the rest is just relatively irrelevant details.
This weighs about as much as a car (3300#). Costs as much as a pretty nice new car as well.

In reply to Pete. (l33t FS) :
Oh I know, it's a particularly stupid design that catches ice and water in the lip. But they came on the Suburban when I bought it.

I'll have to hit em up. Thanks.
Question is, do you recognize the thrift store from the dog behind the counter?

Super custom Datsun I came across. One piece flip front end, chopped, can extended. Based on the hood emblem it's got an LT1. Rear fenders look like Chevy square body to me. Pretty cool! Wonder what frame it's on.

Unhelpful unit of measure: it was about the size of a jar lid.

Pickle jar, olive jar, or jelly jar. You've got to be specific man!

Lahaina Maui. I was there almost exactly 2 years ago. It'll likely never look the same.
The green monster in the middle is possibly the worlds largest banyan tree. Scorched now, they don't know if it'll survive.
Received this in my change today.....fix Jake brake, financial job bonus, flavorful Jerky beef?

JB are the US President's initials. I'll let you guess what the F stands for.

Picture of the brake covers installed on a new Volvo V60 awaiting PDI at the dealership across the street from my hotel.

A friend of mine lives only a few miles from there. Him, his wife and kid had to evacuate. Scary.
Went to visit Silas from Adventures Made From Scratch in Kansas again this week.
