Not sure you'd be into it but I had a '69 and was going to put the pop-top from a Westfalia on it but I had to sell it. Just the pop-top is the perfect size but you'd need to take part of the roof rack and graft it in to make it look good. I always thought an FSJ camper would be awesome.
I was removing the contingency stickers from my car recently. I took off the first letter, thought it would make a funny picture.

There was a guy I rallycrossed with who had "Hoser" stickers on his Talon/Eclipse.
My '81 has had "KUMHO RACING TIRES" rearranged to say "PUSH ME OUT"
Photo unrelated. Note the only bottles that are not dusty from going unsold for a long time

Not sure what is going on with this one yet. I was hoping to use the 401 in either my AMC Spirit or the CJ10 based Gaucho project I have been amassing parts for. But either of those options depend on whether this engine runs. Body and interior are rougher than the one I picked up last year, but that one sold before I could get it off the trailer.
It does look nicer out of the JY and off the trailer, however...

Pizza cat shirt. Waitress found it in a "free stuff" box in her neighborhood.

Snoop is really getting around these days
Just because I'd cleaned under the hood of both cars. They fit just the way you'd expect they would on two B58 motors.

Found this today pulling weeds.

Took a pic of this lizardo on my Java Plum plant.

Then later i moved the plant to the other side of the yard(its in a pot). Forgot about the liz until i saw something move. Still chillin on the java plum.

Someone in Europe was doing aerobatics with an L-13, stressed the frame. EVERY L-13 in the world was grounded for years. Finally all were allowed in the air again, except for in the US. Some sold overseas, most for scrap. Ours went to a Llama farm (ranch?), it hs a stuffed llama at the helm.

My Dad invented a light bulb that never burns out, GE gave him a plaque and a handshake. You'll never see one.

Went to visit Silas from Adventures Made From Scratch in Kansas again this week.

I knew those were good off road, but I didn't know they could levitate off of the road. Neat trick.
Got to see eye to eye with this guy (through the drivers window) on a road outside Asheville this past weekend. Ambling down the road. I hit the horn just after this shot was taken, he flinched a little but didn't even pick up his pace, let alone run away.

Then the next day, this one. He was about 20-30 ft away as we hiked by. Unfortunately, didn't capture some decidedly nervous picnickers just out of frame to my left

Prepped, washed, and stickered up ready for the NASA enduro this weekend at Sonoma.
...just noticed I forgot to put the roundel on the hood after it came back from the paint shop. Argh. :)
