When our son was in the 3rd grade, he went to a golf camp one summer. Two or three days a week for lessons with a pro. Sometimes up to 4 kids, sometime only Ian. At the end of it he got a certificate and a Pickle Putter. Now that his 3 year old is showing and interest, he pulled it out and gave it a buff.
BTW: I learned you can't drive golf carts on the green except for the Pro. Ian tells me he's handicapped. He pulls a pin on the seat, his legs swing out and then the seat tilts to put him in a standing position. I asked how long he's been handicapped. "Ever since th golf cart rolled over on him". 
Uncle let me take this for a spin today.
Cleaning out some old magazines and stuff in the basement and came across this gem. I think it came as an insert in a magazine. It's from 1998, and it's a keeper.
We're staying in Ogunquit, Maine, for a few days. We had a great view of the fireworks on the beach from our hotel room.

It's hotter'n all get out all week, a burn ban has been in effect since April, so lets get 150+ drunken relatives together for a long weekend and burn stuff.
First one I've seen in the wild. It's a scary beast. There's been a lot of commentary about the exterior design of this thing. Even here. It's ugly compared to what we're accustomed to for pickups, but not excessively ugly. Definitely not pretty, or acceptable vehicle design, like most contemporary vehicles. I'm at a loss just how to categorize this weird shape. Star Wars? I don't know if Franz von Holzhauzen had a hand in designing this or not. I've always liked his work, but if he's responsible for this I'd love to know why. Similarly:
