Put in that light, it is pretty damn funny.

FWIW, TJ Maxx and Marshall's are getting some of the Boulevard releases that were pretty rare at retail earlier this year. I found the C6R and '80's Bronco in WV while visiting my grandmother.
Also, while in WV, the Ollie's closeout store had a bunch of recent Tomica cars, as well as some of the old Walmart HW Cars of the Decades. (No luck finding the '97 Mustang Cobra Trans-Am car...)
Found a freshly-filled dump bin at the local Walmart too. Picked up all the first 2014 releases.
Will follow-up with pics later.
I just picked up a duplicate Datsun 240Z in white, #27. Anyone missing this that is looking to trade? I'm interested in sports cars mainly, but have been seeking a KITT & Lil Red Express.
No pic, but I found a Group 4 Lancia Stratos at the antique store Monday!
Best $3 I've spent in a while.
Yep. Love that casting.
Since I've been chilling in WV at my grandmother's while she recuperates from a fall, I dug out one of my old Sto & Go playsets from when I was a kid to goof around with some new finds.
Two scores yesterday from a charity auction for animals. Hotwheels see-thru NASCAR, not a fan but thought the see-thru detail was cool. And because charity. The other is actually a 1:32 slot car that was donated by the Michael Shank Racing team, only went for $20, and also because charity.

The subie is the first 2014 hunt i've found.
Sorry if this has been asked before, but... 17 pages, so. What's the deal with treasure hunt cars? Also, is there a streamlined website that tells you guys what has come out? I've noticed lots of cool stuff at the Grocery store lately and that plus reading this thread is really getting me back into hot wheels again. Also, is there a magic cheap way to store/display them?
In reply to jde:
Stagecoach Toys in Bellbrook. ToyFanAddict in Moraine was where I was getting stuff, including old Star Wars toys. Someone asked the clerk about other stores in the area and he gave us Stagecoach's name. Said they recommend each other to customers, which makes awesome sense.
Got the Lambo for a freaking $1 (it was my high school dream car in the 80's) and the rally Peugot for $7 even though it's quite large. I was with the girl on our way to a bird store (her idea) so I didn't want to stay long, but I'll be back. Huge selection.
In reply to ShadowSix:
Treasure Hunts are unique cars that are inserted 1 per case, I believe. Super Treasure Hunts are generally a higher end version of one of the normal cars within a given case. (Special paint, rubber tires, etc.)
Here is a great reference database, that is kept relatively up-to-date:

There are a couple blogs I follow that do a good job of posting new and upcoming releases:

Picked up a couple at the local wallymart tonight.
