So I went digging for my hot wheels that were at my Grandmothers place (I spent a lot of time there, so I had there toys and home toys) and found some cool old stuff....

The yellow CJ and the black flopper were old Kellogs promo cars from what I can tell, and a couple of them (the blue formula, the Lesney hovercraft) are older than I am, or at least their original stamp dates are. Neat stuff. All very played with. The Datsun 200sx was ALWAYS my favorite.

I picked up a 1974 Brazilian Charger. Didn't know these things existed in full size.

Also found the Batman-less Bat-Pod, too

Jetsons car and Video car!

There's a special Valentine - there set at Kroger now. Kinda cool until I realized they were $4.49 for basic mainline cars.

However, they did have regular cars for 50 cents.

I had a little fun at the local Hobby Shop today at lunch.

Matchbox has a Buick Century police car. I got mine in blue.

Ferrari 5 pack

And a C6 and C7 Corvette.

The silver corresponds with an AE86 released earlier in the 2014 line. So there's that...

If anyone's interested, there's a yearly (or twice/year I forget) Hotwheels show this weekend in Dayton OH. I've been a few times & might go this weekend if I get time, usually a huge selection to pick through. Only $5 to get in.

I've run into a dearth of hunts lately. I now have 4 of the Subaru stis and 3 of the blue dragon. Lucky me!

I'm waiting for the blue Datsun truck.

I still have not been able to find the Aston and now I want the 993 GT2.

Today's purchases from that store in Bellbrook OH. The two-tone paint on the Celica caught my eye, although as you can see it's easily scuffed (from being in my pocket on the ride home). $2 each

Picked these up today. Cashier knew nothing of the Special Day. Told me someone came in and bought about 80 cars.
