So, I forgot to update this thread... I got this Huntington grill through Home Despot.  With my 10% veterans discount it was under $150 including taxes with free shipping to my local store.  I figure the aluminium body and the low price made it a better deal than all the sheet metal ones for at least 2x the price that had reviews of rusting out in 2-4 years or a $100 used one with the same issues. 

Broke it in with a nice T-bone last weekend...

Seasoned with some fresh ground salt & pepper since I didn't have any Montreal steak seasoning.  Wound up between medium rare and medium, so I need to pull the next one off a minute or so earlier. 

My last cheap grill was free from Craigslist.  Spent $50 on grills for the grill (about 5 years ago) and rolled with it.

We picked up a used Jenn Air grill about 6 or 7 years ago.  it lives outside 365 days a year, uncovered.  The ignitors just died, so I light it with a lighter now, but it still works fine.

I think a sturdy, well-built used grill is better than a cheap, crappy new one.  We got ours from an older couple, and it was immaculate.  Paid $100 for it.
