is on Speed now
and wet
Anyone going to Indy tomorrow?
I'll be there all three days.
I'll probably be wearing a GRM shirt tomorrow.
Last year was so very cool.
Watching 'em run in the rain was awesome.

I'll be down there at roughly 9am......I don't have GRM shirts, but I'll be wearing a Turner hat(like many others I suspect)

Yeah, I just searched for Brickyard, and went with the only one that came up. Also thought it would be better than starting my own thread, and being mistaken for a small paddle-powered watercraft. How many posts does it take to get off of "New Reader"? A decade+ is hardly "New". Hey I just hit double digit posts. Woohoo!
Anyone recommend any particular areas of the track to visit? Like hospitality tents, and such. There was a simulator 2 years ago at IRP that I didn't get a chance to try. I never found it at IMS last year, if it was even there.

as long as you're not posting links to various things ... and nothing more, odds are you won't be in the line of fire of our torpedo attack boats LOL
easiest way to get started is to start a thread and introduce yourself
welcome aboard

We have the robotic reincarnation of JFK manning that torpedo boat too.......
I haven't decided if we are just going to meander or take chairs to camp out somewhere yet.

Last year, Dad and I pretty much walked all the way from the North parking lot to turn 1 stands and slowly worked our way back. On our way in, there was a car show going on just before the footbridge over the road course that I want to spend some more time at this year if it's there.
Last year we went in the main gate up to the oval turn 1 stands, watched from there for a bit, then went down the front stretch and under the track to the infield. I got some pretty good pictures from the turn 6/7 and turn 7/8 short stretch areas.

Oops, didn't even think about that. They did qualify today though, don't know if it was on tv. They are saying chance of rain tomorrow now.
I almost E36 M3 a brick, luckily I have access to my dvr from the intrawebz at work and have it set to record tomorrow.
