Cancer sucks, and I don't wish it on anyone, but it kind of feels like karma for all those years he said smoking and second hand smoking weren't harmful.
If you've got a national audience you should promote truth and positive thoughts, not blatantly false statements

I don't feel even a little bad about it. He was not a good person and did not contribute to the greater good.

It's always funny the hypocrisy of "both" sides when the opposition dies. Someone left dies, the right celebrates and the left says how dare you. Someone from the right dies and the left celebrates while the right says how dare you.

regardless of how you feel about the man, his family still lost a father, grandfather, friend.... and cancer is a E36 M3ty way to go.
I really hope this doesn't devolve into a fight. I have plenty of thoughts and opinions, but none of them are appropriate here.
In fact, the only reason I posted in this thread was to ask that we don't attack each other here on GRM. (again)

I was honestly curious as I've only ever heard and seen terrible things from him and many of his supporters. So I'd like to be able to form a more complete picture.
