That appears to be what we refer to 'round these parts as "a scratch".
That's what I thought yesterday, but it's not going away!
Anyway I cleaned it with alcohol, put antiseptic ointment on it and tried to strap it closed with band-aids.
Never buy the liquid super glue. Ever. Every time a new tube is opened with the cap spike, at least half is guaranteed to jet out onto your hand, gluing the container to the cut that you are attempting to mend. Curiously, the only thing in the world that super glue doesn't adhere to is superglue that has already dried.
Always buy the gel.

Or you poke the hole in the tip with the bottle standing upright, like the rest of the world manages to.
If you can't handle super glue, maybe you shouldn't leave the house in the morning.

That's what I was doing a few months ago when the glue shot about 2ft into my freaking eye! I only use super glue in screw-top bottles (not tubes that need to be punctured) now.
Edit: Well I slept with the bandage on and this morning finally had some healing going on, the cut didn't sting when I washed my hands...until I used the soap at the office. So either that was one wash too many or the soap in the bathroom of my posh office building dissolves scabs.
