I just finished snow blowing my driveways of about 6" of snow (was supposed to be 2"). Waiting for the 2nd snow and ice storm that is supposed to be arriving shortly. How is every one else's Sunday?

Philly suburbs have about 3-5 inches, and its turning too sleet right now. Tomorrow morning should be fun.
We got slush on Wed, turned to snow Thurs, immediately went subzero, so it all froze, and we're getting another couple today. Good times!
I would love for it to snow....that means it would have warmed up. It was -10 degrees F this morning when I got up...it never quite did get up to 0 today. Oh did I also mention SWMBO decided today would be a good day for me to put up the Christmas lights outside?
We are getting it this AM. Sleet, rain/ice. The first real test of winter driving. While taking my son to school a Saab either did not see MY TRUCK or misjudged the coefficient of traction and slid up over the side walk by me while I was waiting to make a left turn (I am thankful that they decided not to just plow in to me). They got high sided on something about a car length beyond me (and the intersection).
Body shops are going to have a good December!!!
Bit of a rant/ a bit whiney:
We decided this past weekend would be a good time to see the in-laws in Chillicothe, OH. We live near Green Bay.
When we reached Indy around 1am local time Friday morning the snow was already covering the road almost completely. It was mostly us and the semis. When we reached Dayton at almost 5 am we decided there wasn't much point of getting to their house and trying to sleep for a while during her mom's cleaning spree. So we got a hotel.
Fast forward to Sunday morning. Yah, more snow storms! We were traveling highway speeds until Wisconsin when the snow on the roads became more substantial. Southbound I-94 and some of southbound US 41/45 on both sides of Milwaukee probably had over 100 cars total in pile ups. I bet there was over 10 miles of interstate/US highways closed off. As in diverted traffic. All southbound.
1200 miles took us a lot longer than it should have. I would have to thank my dad for letting us use his '11 Dodge Ram. My '06 F150 doesn't have any fancy auto 4wd or stability thingies and they came in quite handy. (I hit curb the night before we left and broke my rim)
Now when I get home I get to pickup up my pickup and shovel the the 4" of snow on the drive way.
Tried getting my Miata up the driveway into the garage last night. Instead I was doing donuts halfway up. Hope the neighbor didn't notice the tracks in his front yard, as his yard abuts my very steep driveway.
Tonight should be easier.
People asked what living in Erie was like. I said "it's like anywhere else in Pennsylvania, only the snow doesn't melt the next day."
Supposed to be heading to Washington/Pittsburgh next weekend. Looks like it should be cleared up by then(?)
