I have three that need going to the yard
Hm. I'm not really worried about someone stealing the cat off my Miata or Audi (far too low), or even my wife's Odyssey, but the truck is much higher and potentiallly worrying. Anyone know if they put cats on 2002 diesels?
pretty sure cat is a gasser only thing... changes toxic gasses into another kind of toxic gas or some such nonsense.... lol
thinking about it.. I seem to remember a couple of saab turbos up in the yard up off of rt 206 here in NJ... guess I am making a trek up there to get a new downpipe
There are cats on diesels, but they don't seem to be targeted yet, maybe they don't have the same innards? Diesels started getting cats in the late 90s.

There is a guy on Nasioc that pays $110.00 for them you have to cut them down and ship them though.

I think I used them a few years back when I recycled the cat off my challenge car to reclaim some budget.
wow.. now I know what I am doing with the three I have.
Seems saab converters are worth $100 a piece to them?
