The Dude

Jeff Bridges announced he had been diagnosed with lymphoma.  Let's all channel our inner mojo for the Dude.  

I don’t know about you, but I take comfort in knowin’ he’s out there. The Dude. Takin’ it easy for all us sinners.

New E36 M3 has come to light. I'm a strong Dudist, and know that by taking it easy, this berkeleying disease, this berkeleying cancer, man, will kidnap ITSELF!

Maybe add a warning/update to the thread title since "[Name]" threads often mean the person in question has died?

And 2020 can't have The Dude. We need a ringer, and it can't look empty.

Through a good friend, I am acquaintances with the founder of Lewbowski Fest. At the 2nd annual Fest, I had the great pleasure of meeting the actual Dude, Jeff Dowd. It was truly a moment I will remember the rest of my life. Jeff Bridges truly became the Dude and embodied his very ethos for the film. I've been a fan before Lebowski and will continue to be. Wish him the best.

He's not a hero, per se, but just the man for his time.

If darkness warshes over the Dude, I will lose my mind.

Man this really sucks. Gotta love the Dude!

This is not the news I want to hear...but in 2020 it seems to be a deluge of bad news.  Sometimes you eat the bear, and sometimes....well...

I sincerely hope this isn't the case.

They had a segment on the national news last night.  Jeff seems to be in good spirits and ready to take it on.
