Wait, but what kind of Mole? This stuff varies significantly by region. Saying you like Mole is like saying you like tacos. What kind of tacos man?
Personally, I prefer a Chichilo in the Oxacan style.
The sweeter Moles aren't really my first choice, but they're good too!
Actually, though I am a fan of just about all Mexican food, mole is probably my least favorite Mexican sauce.
