What is the factory wheel lug nut torque spec for a 2019 Mazda CX-9 FWD with 18" wheels?

90ft-lbs

EDIT: https://autospecz.com/mazda/cars/2019/cx92.5/torque-specs_front.php

Says 100. 90 would be the AWD

Thanks!  Generally anything with aluminum wheels I find spec'd at around 95 ft-lbs, so I couldn't miss it by much!

What is the most common cause of an old carbureted V-8 gasoline engine, in this case a 350 Chevrolet with a Quadrajet, dieseling--that is, running on for a few seconds after the key is switched off?  Doesn't do it every time, but when it does, it's annoying.

For you outboard motor experts:

I own a Johnson J90 TL CTE outboard from 1983.  The lower unit is somewhat rough.  A guy local to me is selling a lower unit from a 1992 90HP that looks amazing.  Will it fit my motor?

Curtis?  Anybody?

Well, I've got mine off without too much trouble.  20" shaft appears correct.  As long as they didn't do something goofy like change the spline count, I should be good.  I'm going to take mine with me and do a comparison with his unit before I buy.

Okay, I've got the small gearcase, so assuming that's what he has, I'm good.  Same part from 1978-1998.

What lubricant for an electric clothes dryer drum rollers?  Sleeve bearing with fairly close tolerances.  I've used Sil-Glyde, but friction is too high.  Something else?  No lubricant is included with the parts and I find no instructions.

Hmm.  Same discussion here.  Maybe no lube is appropriate?  Feels all wrong!

In reply to Mr_Asa :

Of note is that the styles of plugs / receptacles are different because they are standardized to the power capabilities of the plug / wiring.

It looks like the drying plug is for a 30 amp outlet and the extension you are using is for a 50 amp outlet (and I will assume it has that plug because the welder can draw that), so be careful, overloading the wiring inside your walls can of course be a very bad thing.

It's just over 20 mph, but it might differ a bit if it's African or European.  Significantly slower if it's carrying a coconut of course.

I also think timing.

Edit; I just realized I was answering an eight month old question.

Situation: Many times I drive on the highway for a while, my Subaru throws a P0457 code. It never happens during city driving.

I've replaced the gas cap and cleaned the filler neck really well. This hasn't solved the issue. What's next?

You have some company, it seems.  Me, I would try to check the purge valve and condition of evap system hoses, but it sounds like a huge PITA.

You don't say what you have now.

I went steel so I'll never have to do it again.

If I recall, the numbers were $4-$5k for shingle, I paid $7k for the steel. It was an easy decision.

Former Steel roof manufacturer here. I love metal roofs, but they expand and contract a  lot. This loosens screws over time, and they do eventually leak. If you really want a nuclear option, it is standing seam ($$$).

My roof needs to be replaced. Despite the obvious aesthetic superiority of metal (IMHO), my roof is getting 30 year (3D, 3 tab, same thing) shingles.
