so apparently I only have 6 and a half more days here to "work". I learned the new job allows me to work from home when I'm snowed in, sick or just don't feel like being around people.
I've always wanted to be able to work from home. What's the dress code for that?

Maybe you could do your GRM board participation from home as well. Oh wait, we'd still have to read what you write. Never mind.

That's funny right there.
Working from home. It's glorious. The co-workers are pretty cool too.

Just think, then you'd know I was sitting in my undies responding to you. I'll let you think about that one for a bit.

I don't know, I think they're sorta cute. Not the first people I'd go for, but the truth is, they're guaran-berkeleying-teed to be a lot more fun than Barbie and her sorority sisters.
Thats a bold statement You must have forgotten what college is like
No- I remember college- and (despite having gone to a military academy) berkeleying owned it. Rugby is the only way to win at college, and I did. What I learned is, I'd rather be around people who are there to have a good time than people who are there to get laid. Good times were had- I screwed up a good lay more times than I can count (I'm pretty sure of two threesomes in retrospect!!!) but I don't regret a freakin' minute of it.
There are 3 types of women:
Scooters, Hondas and Harleys
Harleys you ride them around so everyone sees you on it. The ride isn't always great but you look good with it.
Honda is sometimes attractive, but never offensive unless heavily modded and always reliable. You like being seen on it but it just doesn't have the status of a Harley.
Scooters you never want to be caught riding, but they are more fun than should be legally allowed.

You just ruined my day, if not my entire week. Hell, who knows how long it will be before I get that image out of my head...
At least I still have the Mannix theme song playing in my head. Doh! Now I am seeing you in your undies driving a dart vert!

When I worked from home, I did wear pants. It just felt weird not to.
My thought of the day. I work overnights. Ostensibly, I sleep for a living, in reality I mostly watch Netflix and play pinball. However, I'm off st roughly 730, get home about 8. I want to drink after work. But, I just got out of bed and its 8am. Does that make me an alcoholic?

I don't really like most Christmas music. My coworker is playing it incessantly
Any movie I hear about and set out to watch always let me down. Movies I accidentally stumble upon and get sucked into are the ones I enjoy the most.

Just stumbled across a movie called "The Dead".
I used to be a bit of a zombie fan (until it got way out of control). "The Dead" was a nice throwback to the slow moving, constant suspense movies like I used to enjoy. Unlike the old Romero movies, most of the human interactions were friendly which I thought was an interesting change (plus it takes place in Africa).

Stop being so ambiguous!
Meryl Streep is BULLSH1T. I am so sick of everyone fawning over her and acting like she is the greatest actor who ever lived. She is mediocre at best, and kinda dull most of the time. I'd rather watch Plastidip dry.

My first thought was this was another German "cinematic" offering. I had to check IMDB to make sure I was wrong. Glad I was.
Rented "The Dead" last year from Redbox. Didn't like it at all.....and I like zombie movies.

I just watched how to train your dragon 2. The towns name is Berk. I spent most of the movie wondering how the hell they got a pg rating on a movie that said fvck so many times. Stupid forum.

I work midnight, off at 7 am. Get my morning coffee for a leisurely drive home while the late for work white knuckle drivers scream past me. Run errands, maybe breakfast. Grocery shopping is great w/ fresh goods being stocked early and no shiny happy person shoppers in the store.
I'm disappointed if I'm not 'first' at the beer store when they open at 8. People still give you that 'alky' look tho no matter how many times you explain I just put my shift in... it's beer time.
No, you are not an alcoholic. You got it figured out.

Plastidip is one our most underappreciated actors.
