Uncle Roger is an... well, I guess we'd say he's an influencer, but in any case he's a Malaysian internet personality who reviews different chefs Asian dishes. Jamie Oliver's Egg Fried Rice was reviewed particularly harshly.

Uncle Roger HATE Jamie Oliver Egg Fried Rice

He's a stand up comedian who developed the Uncle Roger character to critique food.

His real name is Nigel Ng, from ChatGPT:

The real name of Uncle Roger, the comedic persona created by comedian Nigel Ng, is Nigel Ng. He is a Malaysian-born comedian who rose to fame through his YouTube channel and social media presence, particularly for his humorous takes on cooking, especially his critiques of cooking techniques and recipes, notably in his viral reactions to how people make fried rice.

Nigel Ng’s Uncle Roger character is known for his exaggerated Asian uncle persona, using phrases like "Haiyaa" and offering humorous (and often exaggerated) disapproval of cooking techniques that don't meet his standards. This character has gained a large following online.

Bangers and Onion

My review is it's definitely the most bang for the effort put in.  I did like Woody 350 for an hour.  It felt like the video said it should.  Mild onion taste and a little sweet.  I think I could cook it 15 more minutes and it'd be sweeter.
