Yeah, yikes.
I was just dreaming about x1/9s last week.
It was a spare storage building, mostly vehicles not many parts.

I am not sure if that is better or worse, it still sucks.
Riots are generally considered an "act of God" and damage is not covered by insurance unless you have a specific clause.
