TIL that at 6'2" I can fit in, and drive, a stock '93 Miata. But I'd really need one with a foamectomy, the front edge of the seat lifted, and a deeper steering wheel (or steering wheel spacer) to be realistically usable. With my foot on the brake (not depressed) my knee was hitting the bottom of the steering wheel enough that I couldn't turn the steering wheel.
This is all good news as I had previously written off The Answer as a possibility due to my height.

When it gets colder out, I don't need to slam my hatch so hard to overcome the pneumatic struts.
TIRL = Today I Re-Learned that my house has crappy plastic pipes and every time I touch the plumbing it results in a broken pipe...FML. At least it wasn't too cold today.

After tearing all the plumbing out of the bathroom sinks back to the wall I learned that the clog is much further down the pipe.
TIL that the very nice house I completely renovated before being kicked out in the divorce is sitting empty. Somehow the sewer system malfunctioned while it was between tenants and the basement was knee deep in raw sewage. One more bill for the ex and her now unemployed hubby.

Fortunately, I learned this BEFORE I made a purchase. Took a tape measure into the store and everything. (If I was thinking more clearly, I'd have borrowed a tape measure from the tape measure aisle instead of using my own)
