Aside to GLIGTO: I haven't uploaded any for Honda Challenge--with a couple of days before the race, I still think you'd do better just following the build on p1 and tuning it out yourself.

Got it, no problem. I followed the guidelines on page 1 and my Prerude is ready to go :)

Been playing around with the del Sol, and have to say it's a bit the opposite of the '99 Civic, it's fast on the straights, but it don't turn too well. I think I may go with one of the Civics for tomorrow's race; it looks like I'm around a half second quicker with those two than with the RSX, and around a full second quicker than with the Prelude or Integra. del Sol for me is about the same speed as the RSX around Infineon.

There is a system update for XBox live when you sign on. It takes about five minutes, so you might want to sign in early tonight.

Week 2 Results

1st - racerfink (from pole)

2nd - mutantracing1 (started in last place!)

3rd - LainfordExpress

4th - Griffin729

5th - SHODOGG 54 (1st timer)

6th - Deluxe (1st timer)

7th - Switchblade (he's keeping the body shop in business)

8th - Jrose29 (rolled before Turn 11 and had to retire)

9th - Krank00t (rolled on the uphill to on Turn 3, forced to retire)

10th - SPDEN (also rolled?)

Quite a bit of attrition this week; the battle for second/third was a real dogfight with four cars mixing it up at different times until mutantracing1 ran away and hid, securing third. Jrose29 balled his car up in the wall and eventually LainfordExpress was able to chase down Griffin729 to take third with a pretty cynical overtake in 11 with one lap to go.

Posted the remainder of the schedule. Please note I added a sixth race and we are going to pass on pit stops for the rest of the series.

Sebring Short? Ugh... Why not the full track?

Cynical? I don't know, but there was good use of lag and lapped traffic.

Sunset Club? I have to say I prefer the full track. Forward or reverse.

The full track for those makes for a short race laps wise, and is a lot of space for people to go and hide. I just thought the shorter tracks might box us in together a little better. Plus, I've noticed we tend to use the same tracks over and over.

Maybe replace one with Motegi West (or is East the longer of the variant tracks?) and the other with Maple Valley?

Or just keep what we have?

I dunno, I just felt I could've pulled it off a little cleaner by being patient, I tagged you a little bit a little before the apex and nose my way in. I was a little desperate because a couple laps before I'd been right on your bumper and then let you open the gap back up and I didn't want to waste what I thought was probably my last chance at the position.

Yeah Motegi East is the longer one there. Maple Valley does sound fun though.
