Fogger Jr. or I throw away my vote.
I'll vote for Fogger Jr's unofficial prize...I haven't been following the long-running threads that much (GGA, hotlinks, confessions etc) so I don't feel qualified to vote for the official award.
After consulting with the Judging Panel over a few pints it appears that a "Formal Discription" of this so called "Fogger Jr" Thread it can and in fact will be allowed. And that sir is my final word on the matter.
I can probably reproduce the Fogger Jr thread if it's REALLY needed. Or at least the contents therein. But I probably won't, as I do not want it to jeopardize Dukes standing in the race community.
we who hold the most presteges of positions on the judges panel for the Thread of the Year 2013 can, and in fact must, assume that the hereinto "Fogger Jr" thread must and can only be in reference to the pictured Fogger Jr fog machine identical to the one used in the Official Fog Hat reunion Tour of which took place in the year of our lord 2007 which packed VFW halls from Cleveland to Toleodo and NOT some type of device used to unfairly gain a advantage in a automobile test of speed on this continent or any other north american continent race track, course pubilicly or privatly owned or operated sacontioned or goverened by the rules and regulations contained herein and after reffered to as the TOY2013 inc. as the time for voting slowly slips by like the sands through a hourglass so goes the daze of our lives....fogger jr has a small lead over the late up and comer gaint wood splitter...although woodsplitter bares much video evidence which adds to it's provonance, fogger jr is only limited by the infinite bounderies of the human imagination...it being 11:40 on the east coast and us knowing where all of our children are and as Smoke on the Water begins to play in the back ground, we must call the Winner of the Best Off Topic Thread of 2013.....wait for it..wait fot it.....it is, we can see it clearly now no doubt about it's "Fogger Jr"....and the crowd begins to chant FJ, FJ, FJ, shout it to the roof tops it's official "Fogger Jr" is the GRM BOTT of 2013, the panel would like to thank all of the candidates and voters for their time and interest......get all the snatch you can in 2014 remember sex is like oxygen it don't mean E36 M3 till you ain't gettin it!
