FYI, of all the major fast food, Taco bell is the healthiest.
Really? Is there an article or something that backs that up? I love me some Taco Hell.
It's in the Men's health books Eat this, not that
If you think about it, most of the menu items are a variation on ground beef, beans, lettuce tomatoes and cheese. Up here there's an option to get everything with salsa instead of cheese and sauce. That's what I do because I don't eat dairy, so it's actually pretty healthy. The beans help to offset a lot of the not so good stuff like cheese.

McD's is actually my go-to 'fast food' breakfast place- their breakfasts are the only thing there I think is worth eating assuming there's not a Chick-fil-A nearby where I can get a spicy chicken biscuit...
The egg Mcmuffin is a reasonably (comparatively) healthy breakfast choice, also from the same book.

Yeah, when I'm actually paying more attention to my eating I track everything using My Fitness Pal on my phone, and I was surprised at how reasonable the number of calories in the DLT Box at Taco Bell were. Probably not as healthy as the tacos we make at home, but also a good bit more controlled portions as well. :P
The Egg McMuffins are pretty healthy, but I love me some McGriddles and their Cinnamon Roll Bites- neither of which are particularly healthy. ;P
