Somewhat related, I'm starting to wonder if all the New Years resolutions about food are less to do with making a resolution in general and more to do with how awfully some of us eat over the holidays. I've made an unofficial resolution to eat more reasonably but that only happened when I happened to notice that I am now heavier than I have ever been before!
